March 2023: Like many of you, I am constantly on the go and deal with the same frustrations you experience every day.  When I am in a hurry and need to grab lunch, invariably the restaurant drive thru always seems to be a source of frustration. In concept it’s marvelous, but in reality, it is the bane of every hungry consumer and yet we are beholden to it.

February 2023: The airport is an interesting place where people engage in conversation and even a little unintentional eavesdropping, but every now and again, you might make a new friend. Mike Scott made a new friend while waiting to catch a flight and the friend turned into a client. You never know who you’ll meet at the airport, but the lesson is how you should be unafraid to ask the experts. Total accountability works when you’re open to the process and are ready for change you can count on.

December 2022: In the December TAS podcast, Mike Scott discusses who he admires as a truly accountable and responsible manager.  As we close out 2022, Mike reminds us of the importance of role models and the impact they can have on us from a very early age.  The ideal manager keeps their word, is accountable, and most importantly builds trust.  Tune in to learn more about the business leader who has set the standard of total accountability.
